Clinical Neuropsychology Postdoctoral Fellow Position University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center Lexington, KY, USA The Neuropsychology Service of the Department of Neurology at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center is accepting applications for a full-time clinical postdoctoral fellow. This two-year position will begin in the late summer/early fall of 2012. While this is primarily a clinical position, some clinical research activities are expected and supported. The UK Neuropsychology Service accepts referrals from neurology, neurosurgery, psychiatry, PM&R, trauma, ED, internal medicine, hematology-oncology, and women’s health to name a few. There are designated memory, stroke, and head injury clinics, along with a comprehensive epilepsy and movement disorders services. Research opportunities beyond the primary clinical duties will include a vast network of dementia, stroke and head injury registries. Experience with all neurological patient population across the lifespan is desired. The current stipend is $40,000 plus benefits. Completion of an APA-accredited doctoral training and internship are required. Candidates must have completed all requirements for their doctoral degree prior to beginning the fellowship. This fellowship adheres to the Houston Conference guidelines and ABPP/ABCN training procedures. UK will not be participating in the APPCN Resident Matching Program.
