The Conference Funding Subcommittee is responsible for developing all selection criteria and overseeing the selection of AACN student and trainee scholarship awardees, as well as annual conference volunteers. This subcommittee manages the full review and selection process for conference volunteers, conference co-leaders, and travel scholarship recipients.
Working closely with the AACN Conference Committee), the subcommittee ensures a fair, transparent, and inclusive process that supports student engagement and reduces financial barriers to conference participation.
What We Do
- Create and maintain all eligibility and selection criteria for scholarships and volunteer roles
- Review and select all travel scholarship recipients
- Select all conference volunteers

- Conference Co-Leader Applications: Due December 10, 2025
- Travel Scholarship & Volunteer Applications: Due January 9, 2026
New for This Year
Hotel rooms for student volunteers will now be awarded via lottery. Any student who applies as a volunteer before the deadline will be eligible to receive up to three nights of hotel accommodation.
