Thank you for your interest in non-certified affiliate status with AACN! The application process involves three easy steps. First, please complete this form and submit it. Second, please check your email and click on the activation link in it to confirm your information. Third, once activated, please proceed to the non-certified affiliate payments page where you will pay your annual non-certified affiliate dues ($100) and may opt to add print copies of The Clinical Neuropsychologist and/or Child Neuropsychology. Once we receive a completed application form and your payment, the process will be complete. Please be sure to submit payment within three days of your application. Applications without accompanying payments will be deactivated.
