Brief Program Description | The training programs in pediatric neuropsychology are part of the Department of Pediatric Psychology and Neuropsychology at Nationwide Children's Hospital and the Division of Psychology and the Department of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. The fellowship training program is a member of the Association for Postdoctoral Programs in Clinical Neuropsychology (APPCN) and is designed to meet the criteria set forth by the Houston Conference on Specialty Education and Training in Clinical Neuropsychology. The internship is APA approved. Our training programs are intended to provide clinical training to produce competency in the specialty of pediatric clinical neuropsychology. The overall goal is to prepare trainees for a career as a scientist-practitioner in pediatric neuropsychology and to prepare graduates for board certification through the American Board of Professional Psychology/American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP/ABCN). |
