Baylor Scott and White Institute for Rehabilitation (BSWIR) is a 92 bed facility in the heart of downtown Dallas. We are one of ten rehabilitation hospitals with Model Systems designation in both Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury.   BSWIR Dallas is also part of a neuro continuum that offers outpatient day programming for both our Brain injury and Spinal Cord patient population. 

BSWIR-Dallas is located on the campus of Baylor Scott and White Health in downtown Dallas.   Dallas offers a variety of cultural, academic, and recreational opportunities.  It is home to 4 major sports teams and is a HUB for domestic and international travel. 

The ideal candidate will have had experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting working with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate behavioral interventions, cognitive assessments and specific neuropsychology batteries. The neuropsychologist is part of our psychology team that works in conjunction with 2 licensed counselors and 3 PRN neuropsychologists.

Qualifications

•  Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, EdD) in Psychology, Board Certified or Board Certification eligible in Neuropsychology.
• One or more years of post-doctoral experience in practice of psychology preferred.
• Licensed or license eligible in the State of Texas
