This position is responsible for performing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, diagnosis and specialized psychological interventions for a pediatric, concussive, transition and developmentally delayed patient population. These patients are at risk for, or are demonstrating developmental, cognitive, behavioral and emotional disorders which cause difficulty navigating the requirements of school, work and relationships. This position will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan development, and individual and family interventions as part of the Center for Developmental Medicine

ADULT CLINICAL NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) is pleased to announce a full-time Neuropsychology clinical track faculty position within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health. Primary duties include conducting outpatient neuropsychological evaluations, contributing to the professional education of psychology and other trainees, and collaboration with other faculty in scholarly activities. Patients served are typically 18+ years old and present with various medical and/or neurologic conditions (e.g., epilepsy, brain tumors neurodegenerative disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, solid organ transplant recipients). Opportunities to work as part of an interdisciplinary team within specialty Neurology clinics are available. Start date is flexible.

Eligibility:

Applicants must have a doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited clinical program (with an accredited clinical internship).
Completion of a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology is also required.
Candidates must be licensed in Ohio by the time of appointment.

The Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) is seeking a highly-motivated psychometrician with detailed knowledge of, and experience with, principles and practices used to create and maintain psychometrically-produced and validated exams. This person will be responsible for leading Job Task Analysis Meetings, Item Development Workshops, and Cut Score Meetings, as well as using the results of these meetings to create and maintain our exams.

The Center for Pediatric Neuropsychology is seeking a pediatric neuropsychologist specializing in the assessment of toddlers, children, and adolescents presenting with a wide range of neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders. Candidates must have extensive training and experience in the evaluation of children and adolescents with ASD.

The Center for Pediatric Neuropsychology currently consists of three pediatric neuropsychologists and a child psychiatrist/developmental behavioral pediatrician. Additionally, a satellite clinic located on Grand Cayman Island provides the unique opportunity to work with a variety of cultural groups as part of a multi-disciplinary team including speech/language, behavior therapists, and educators.

This position requires a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA accredited program, specialty training in clinical pediatric neuropsychology under Houston guidelines, and completion of both an APA accredited pre-doctoral internship and an APPCN-member or equivalent postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible. Subspecialty certification in pediatric neuropsychology is expected and encouraged. Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Florida.
